Buyer Beware! Cute but very low quality; a lot of damage. This item came in a damaged box that was placed on my porch with a loud bang that I felt upstairs. The problem with this item isn’t the delivery, though, it’s the packaging and quality. I received a letter after ordering, talking about the inevitability of delivery issues & to take pictures & let them know of any damage before posting a negative review. Not a Serta but I’m satisfied I know a lot of people give this chair lower ratings but I’m giving it 4 stars. There are several reasons, the main reason being that I read the other reviews somI wasn’t expecting Serta or Lazy Boy quality. My chair arrived with no damages even though the box did not seem that adequate for protection.
